American smartphone firm InFocus has launched the Snap 4 and Turbo 5 Plus smartphones in India. The company is touting Snap 4 as camera centric smartphone while Turbo 5 Plus as battery centric smartphone. Read on to find why?
The Snap 4 comes with a 5.2-inch OnCell IPS display with 720*1280 resolution. The smartphone has 4GB of RAM, a 3,000mAh battery, an all-metal design. The Snap 4 has been powered by the MediaTek MT6750N processor paired with the Mali- T860 GPU. The smartphone comes with 64GB of internal storage, that can be expanded via a microSD card, and a back fingerprint sensor.
The USP of Snap 4 is its quad camera setup. The smartphone has two cameras at the front and two cameras at the back. There is a primary 80 degree 13MP sensor paired with an 8MP 120 degree wide-angle sensor, and a dual LED flash, at the back. The differentiating factor of the snap 4 is the fact that it comes with two 8MP cameras at the front. The front cameras have a beautification mode and a background blur mode.
The Turbo 5 Plus comes with a 5.5-inch IPS display with 720*1280 resolution. The smartphone comes with an octa-core MediaTek 6750 processor, 3GB RAM, 32GB of internal storage expandable via a microSD card. The Turbo 5 Plus also comes with a dual camera array at the back. There is a 13MP primary sensor paired with a 5MP secondary sensor. On the front, the smartphone comes with a 5MP selfie camera and a fingerprint sensor embedded into the home button. The USP of of Turbo 5 Plus is its massive 4,850mAh battery. Infocus claims that the battery would last upto two days.
On the software front, both snap 4 and Turbo 5 Plus smartphones run on Android Nougat out of the box.
The InFocus Snap 4 has been priced at Rs 11,999 and will be available from 12 PM September 26. The Turbo 5 Plus, which is a bit cheaper at Rs 8,999, will go on sale from 12AM September 21. Both the smartphones will be exclusively available on Amazon India.
